With a background in customer service and administrative tasks, I am committed to ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all patients and their families. In my previous roles as a medical assistant, medical front desk receptionist, and patient access representative, I managed front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, phone call handling, and warmly greeting patients. My responsibilities also involved effective communication with parents regarding scheduling, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
